Shipping and Returns

As per Castel Rural's Terms and Conditions:

 

Section 8: Shipping Information

Orders (except for situations arising under Section 6: Pricing and Availability) will be sent by Castel Rural with any instructions provided by you regarding delivery. This information can be modified by emailing castelrural@gmail.com, however, depending at what your order status is, we may not be able to make any changes but we will make every effort to accomodate this. 

Currently, we only deliver to New Zealand addresses excluding P O Boxes and Private Bags. We do post to both Urban and Rural addresses.

Please note that a signature is required for all deliveries. The goods become the recipient’s property and responsibility once they have been signed for at the time of delivery. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 business days at castelrural@gmail.com

We endeavour to ensure the majority of orders are dispatched 3-5 days after the order has been placed. We do not accept any unforeseen delays in delivery.  To ensure successful delivery, please provide a delivery address where someone will be present during business hours to sign for the receipt of your goods. Section 9: Returns and Refunds

If you need help or have questions about any products please contact us first, before you purchase online. This way, we can assist you in finding the right products for your requirements. 

If you purchase online and want to return the product you purchased, please note that there is no legal requirement for Castel Rural to accept the oods because you have changed your mind. Castel Rural may accept certain goods back if they are returned unopened, unused and in original undamaged condition within a period of 7 days only. Contact Castel Rural to confirm the situation that applies to the goods that you wish to return.

Personal hygiebne products may only be returned if they are fault. They cannot be returned simply because you have changed your mind.

You are also entitled to all guarantees and rights to return faulty goods that may be given by the manufacturer of the goods and by law except where excluded in these terms and conditions.
